1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Forexology ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational Tool Only — Not Financial Advice

Forexology is a trading journal and position size calculator provided for educational and record-keeping purposes only. Nothing on this website, including calculator results, statistics, session information or any other content, is financial, investment, trading or legal advice. We do not recommend any trade, currency pair, broker or strategy.

3. Trading Involves Risk

Trading forex, gold, crypto and other leveraged instruments involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Your Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Forexology and its owner are not liable for any profit, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service. You are also responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to you in your country.

5. Accuracy of Calculations

The position size calculator uses approximate exchange rates and standard assumptions. Results may differ from your broker's actual values (such as pip value, spread or contract size). Always verify calculations with your broker before placing a trade.

6. Privacy Policy — How Your Data Is Stored

We collect and store only what is needed to run the Service:

• Your email address and (optional) name for your account.
• The trade details you enter in your journal (pair, prices, lot size, profit/loss, notes and similar fields).
• Your display preferences, such as the theme you choose.

Your data is stored in a database provided by Supabase. Passwords are handled securely by Supabase authentication, and we cannot see your password. We do not sell your personal data. Your trades are linked to your account and are meant to be visible only to you.

7. Your Data Controls

You can export your trade data as a CSV file, or delete your trade data, from the Settings page at any time. To request complete removal of your account, please contact us.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
